Access to financing is essential, especially for start-ups and innovative companies. However, several obstacles persist in the country, making access to venture capital difficult for these companies. This study aims to explore the obstacles encountered by Tunisian SMEs in accessing venture capital financing, as well as possible solutions to improve this situation.
