Abstract

MSMEs are fundamental to India's and Indonesia’s economic framework and critical in employment generation, innovation, and inclusive growth. However, MSMEs face several challenges that hinder their potential for sustainable development, including limited access to finance, technological gaps, inadequate infrastructure, and regulatory complexities. This study proposes a strategic policy framework designed to address these barriers and promote the sustainable development of MSMEs in India and Indonesia as a comparison.
