Towards a Just Fintech to Finance MSMEs in Developing Countries

Abstract

The aim of this conceptual paper is to discuss the issues for engieering a cost-free new financial technology (fintech) to finance micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The content analysis method and a logical description technique was applied in the study. It emphasizes that fintech will be useful to finance the MSMEs with justive in developing countries such as Bangladesh and Indonesia, among many others. Besides, the socially scarce financial resources will be allocated more efficently to the largest economic sector of production and distribution. Moreover, the stakeholders of the sector will be benefited so it will add value to the economy of developing countries
