Abstract
The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) was founded in 1990 and is a significant financial institution in India. Its main responsibilities include financing, developing, and promoting the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) sector. For MSMEs, SIDBI provides a variety of financial services, such as loans, refinancing, and direct lending. This study examines the tactics and approaches needed to turn the SIDBI into a significant industry with an emphasis on the growth of MSMEs in India.
